There is no doubt that He who has the authority to loose and bind on earth and in heaven is God alone, but Christ the incarnate Son also tells us that all that belongs to the Father is His “All things that the Father has are Mine.”(John 16:15) and He also says that “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” (Mathew 28:18) and also said in the Gospel of John “If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me;” (John 10:37).
But christ Himself promises who overcomes and abides in His love to give him what He Has, "To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne."(Revelation 3:21)
And so it happens to us that Christ authorizes those who abided in His love and in them He has become revealed and to do His work through them and that His authority would be transferred to them over earth and heaven "And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations. ‘He shall rule them with a rod of iron; They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels’—as I also have received from My Father; and I will give him the morning star." (Revelation 2 :26-28). And also in the Gospel of John He said “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.”(John 14:12). And so it happens that Jesus authorizes those who abided in His love, overcame the evil one and He has become revealed in them to do His works through them and give His authority to them to bind and loose on earth and In heaven. Not everyone who worked in the priesthood claims for himself this authority, as is the case between many, and this authority is limited to those to whom the authority has been given
